- Please arrive to class 10-15
minutes early. No latecomers or
early dismissals.
- No cell phones please!
- Bring a towel, water and wear
comfortable clothing.
- Please check with your doctor
before attending class.
- Children under the age of 18 must
be accompanied by an adult.

- $85/month membership
- $135/month membership (2 adult)
- $60 Five class punch card
- $110 Ten class punch card
- $60 One hour private yoga session
- $45 Four week session

Class Descriptions
- Yoga Flow--An all-level flow class specifically designed to prepare your body and breath for
the day. Poses flow with the pace of the breath.
- Tranquil Breath--A very gentle, slow-paced class designed to restore the breath and relax the
body. Perfect for beginners or those looking to enjoy a restorative yoga class.
- Yoga Basics--A basic yoga class perfect for those who want an introduction to yoga.
- Power Flow--A powerful vinyasa class geared toward intermediate to advanced students. We
recommend you try Yoga Basics first!
- Hot Yoga--Room is heated up to 90 degrees, which allows for muscle suppleness and
detoxification. Please bring your own mat, water and towels! Advanced beginners to advanced
practitioners.
- PiYo--A pilates/yoga fusion class where the emphasis is on strengthening the core muscles.
- *Yoga Boot Camp--This six week session will consist of challenging flow classes designed to
strengthen the body. Pre-registration required.
- *Intro to Yoga Session--A 4 week session designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga.
Pre-registration required.
**IMPORTANT** We ask that you check with your doctor before beginning this or any other form of exercise. If you are healing an injury but have been cleared to practice yoga by your doctor, please let your instructor know so that he/she can give you modifications to prevent further injury.
