| Jessica Titchenal I have been teaching yoga in the Spokane Valley since 2005. As a busy mom of three young children, I can fully appreciate all of the ways yoga has enriched my life. I love teaching vinyasa flow and I approach it with a playful attitude while encouraging you to explore where you can go. I've found that more often than not, the limitations we place on ourselves don't even come close to reflecting what we can actually do! My passion is living yoga and I am honored at the chance to bring yoga to you. My hope is to give you the tools to build on your yoga practice and experience some of the many benefits it has to offer. |

| Haelan Gardner I started practicing yoga six years ago purely as a way to get in shape. I am now amazed at all the ways it has spilled into my life off the mat. Once I started to practice I quickly fell in love with the healing and balance I felt both physically and mentally. I know I will forever remain a student because of my endless curiosity and vastness of the yoga. I have recently completed my 200 hour teacher's training and I am so excited to share with you all that I have learned so far along my journey. Thank you all and namaste'. |
